VIP CLUB PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

This VIP Club Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, held, used, disclosed and otherwise handled in connection with the VIP Club operated by or for the business identified on the relevant sign-up form, page, website, landing page, QR code or communication workflow (Business).

The systems, software, forms, CRM tools, messaging tools, websites, automations and related infrastructure used in connection with the VIP Club may be provided, configured, hosted, maintained, supported or administered by 7Hours Technology (Service Provider) on behalf of the Business.

The Business is the party offering and conducting the VIP Club and is generally responsible for determining the purposes for which personal information is collected and used in connection with the VIP Club. The Service Provider may process personal information on behalf of the Business in order to operate, administer, support, maintain and improve the relevant systems and workflows.

This VIP Club Privacy Policy should be read together with the broader Privacy Policy of the Business, the Customer Feedback, Reviews and Mobile Marketing Policy, any collection notice made available in connection with the relevant customer journey, and any applicable terms and conditions.

You may opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications at any time by:

• replying STOP to SMS where that functionality is available;

The Business will aim to action your request within 5 working days.

6. Disclosure to Service Providers and Third Parties

• to the Business and its personnel;

• to the Service Provider, for the purpose of supplying, operating, configuring, administering, hosting, supporting, maintaining or improving the relevant systems and workflows;

• to third-party providers engaged in connection with CRM systems, cloud storage, hosting, messaging, SMS delivery, email delivery, websites, forms, analytics, support, automations, software integrations, payment processing and related functions;

• where required or authorised by law; and

• as otherwise described in the applicable privacy documentation.

The Business does not sell personal information merely by reason of participation in the VIP Club.

7. Overseas Disclosure

We may disclose or make personal information available to third-party service providers, platform providers and technology partners who assist us to operate our business and customer journeys, including CRM, messaging, automation, hosting, analytics, support and review systems. The latest version may be published on the relevant sign-up form, page, website or linked policy page and will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version unless otherwise stated.
